MuShoe is now carrying Icon!

Icon is a very unique brand of shoes that literally create art for your feet. The company uses art from well known artists from the past and present as well as up and coming artists. For every pair Icon sells, they pay royalties to the artists. They work very hard every season, when producing the shoes, to make sure they are keeping up with shoe trends and then finding great artist's work to complement the shoe designs.

Trunk Show with Spark Designs

We always have so much fun when Kathy Sparkman from Spark Designs comes and does a trunk show with us. We just did a trunk show with her on Thursday during the Edmonds Art Walk and she will be joining us at our Kirkland location on Friday, August 6th. One of the things we love about her is how unique her pieces are. Along with designing necklaces and bracelets, she also designs pendants to dangle off the necklaces. It's a great idea because it allows you to create something that you really love! You can also buy several pendants for one necklace and change out the pendant depending on your mood or what you are wearing. She designs her earrings with this same principle in mind. You buy the post and then you can buy different dangles to hang on the earring post. She designs great statement pieces and she definitely has something for everyone.

We love Girls 2 Doors Down!

Girls Two Doors Down have come up with brilliant flip flops and sandals. Not only are they comfortable, they all have a beautiful jewel piece and a funny little saying that is unique to each style! They are very big with famous people from Halle Berry to Christina Applegate. It is no wonder these flip flops are such a huge hit in Hollywood! Everyone likes to be able to add a little bling to a casual outfit. They also work very well with summer dresses! More Everybody Emeralds have arrived! Now in Black $178

This is THE HOTTEST shoe of the season- we just can't seem to keep them in- so if you have yet to slip one of these mommas on your feet you are definitely missing out, so come in and see what all the fuss is about before it is too late!  We just received our first shipment of the Everybody Emerald in black as well as more of the honey color (nocciola-- which is hazelnut for those of you wanting to commune in Italian) and the silver.  They are still made from the same soft formfitting leather, but now in black.

We really cannot say enough good things about this shoe. The leather is soft, supple, and to die for. The fit is cozy, comfy, and downright dreamy. This Week At mu.shoe

Well today is Wednesday, and you know what that means? Kirkland Farmer's Market! Hurray for fresh veggies, fruit, meats and cheeses!  It is definately worth a stop- and a great place for kids- don't forget to get some kettle corn.  Check out their website for a list of some of the great vendors who are here every week, Rain (like today!) or Shine! The flowers are amazing.

Then, tomorrow, Thursday in Edmonds, it is Art Walk Night.  Come out out in downtown Edmonds walk around and enjoy the festive atmosphere and some delicious bubbly.  Art walk runs from 5pm- 8pm, so come in and say hello!  For a list of artists showing this week, please click the link above.

Tsubo "Elger" $100

The Tsubo "Elger' is one of our hottest shoes of the season- we just re-ordered a bunch so get ready to check back and we will let you know when they arrive later this week!
