Both mu.shoe Edmonds and Kirkland will be closing at 2pm today, the 24th and will remain closed for the 25th and the 26th.

Both stores will re-open on Sunday, December 27th at noon with a fabulous continuation of our Holiday Sale, for one more day only.

New Francesca & Brandy Jewelry!!

We just received some great pieces from local artists Francesca & Brandy. You may have seen their stuff around town at fashionable boutiques and hip spots, and we are thrilled to be able to offer some more of their great jewelry in time for the holidays! Francesca and Brandy use high grade gold and Hill Tribe silver, and awesome precious stones in their work. What is great about many of their pieces is they can be worn multiple ways, depending on your outfit. When I wear my F&B earrings I ALWAYS get compliments.

Tano Hangbags Have Arrived

Just in time for the holidays, our newest shipment of fabulous Tano handbags has just arrived. Tano is a mu shoe favorite, and sure to be one of yours.

Buying a Tano bag is largely a sensual experience. No seriously, you really need to handle the bag, squeeze the leather, run the zippers, fit your cell phone in the little pockets and then you'll really see how much you love them.

Gorgeous Nude Martinez Valero Sandal

Martinez Valero makes very beautiful and feminine shoes. We just got this gorgeous style called the "Corona" in the nude color seen here. They are very comfortable and the heel height is just right! There is a great cushion at the ball of the foot, which helps with the comfort factor. The leather wraps around only one side of the foot leaving the other side bare. It is a flattering line for the foot and with the nude color, you can put it with almost any dress or skirt outfit. It is the time of year where we are going to holiday parties and functions, which means we are dressing up. Remember a great shoe is a must have to complete the perfect holiday look!

Cute Flats by Girls Two Doors Down

Our favorite California flip flop designers have done it again and created something very chic and feminine to wear on our feet for winter- and affordable to boot! These cute studded flats- a major incoming trend by the way- are comfy for all day wear and paired with some cute leggings or even slacks they look fabulous. Come on in and try them for your self. First Dibs in Edmonds!

Edmonds is having its annual First Dibs night this Thursday, December 3rd, from 5-9pm. It is a great community event and most stores stay open for it. We will be serving some bubbly as well as offering great discounts on many accessories at MuShoe! Edmonds will be bustling with holiday shoppers so don't miss out on all of the great deals! Edmonds is a one-stop destination for all of your shopping needs as well as a great place to grab a bite to eat. There are maps available in all of the stores, which map out where all of the participating stores are located as well as what offers they have for the evening. Paul Green Winter Has Arrived!

We here at mu.shoe absolutely LOVE Paul Green shoes, and we know you do too. So far for Winter we have received the Paul Green "Darcy" which is an awesome 2 3/4" stacked heel waterproof boot. Gotta love the waterproof microfibers up here in the Pacific Northwest. Same great Paul Green comfort while keeping your toes dry. The Paul Green Darcy retails for $278.

Antelope Merav Re-order in!!

This boot was so popular the first time around, we just decided to get more in, and in Black too! If you don't own a pair of red boots yet- these may be the "it" pair for you! La Canadienne Trunk Show Tomorrow!

We are so very excited to welcome Alan from La Canadienne to come and show all of us his fabulous warm, comfortable and waterproof boots tomorrow! We will have some coffee and goodies for you to nosh on while you drool and try on boots! You can even test them out in the rain (as I am sure it will be raining tomorrow)!

Get prepared for the fall/winter wet seasons!

Living in the Pacific Northwest, we all know there is going to be rain. It is inevitable and there is nothing we can do to change it, but that doesn't mean we can't be prepared! It is imperative that you protect your suede and nubuck before stepping out into a downpour. I talk to a lot of people who are afraid to wear suede because they think their shoes will get damaged. The fact of the matter is if you protect your suede or buy suede that is already waterproof, there is no need to worry! It holds up like any other leather. We carry many lines that are waterproof/weatherproof such as Aquatalia, Hush Puppies, and LaCanadienne to name a few and for those lines that we have that aren't waterproof, we have a product. It's from a company call Kiwi and it is a suede and nubuck protector. It will keep your suede looking like new! It is also very important in this weather to condition your leather. We carry a product by Lexol that you can use on your leather bags and leather shoes to keep them in excellent condition. Get your shoes and bags prepared for the weather!

Art Walk Edmonds

Dionella Tall Brown Boot $228

I have been waiting ALL season for these beauties to come in. They are made of American leather in Oaxaca by our lovely friends Claudia and Paolo with Dionella. Paolo is a fabulous designer, and Dionella by Dione is known as the Prada of Mexico. These boots are well made with buttery soft leather throughout the calf that allows for a little give for those of us with larger calves. The triangle toe is sexy and feminine while not squishing your toes together, and is very fashion forward.

Did I mention they are comfortable? I am wearing mine right now. It is a good 3" heel on a hidden 1" platform so it appears as a 4" heel, but with Dionella comfort is paramount, so looks may be deceiving, because these are comfortable enough to wear all day. They also have a swooped cut on the outside just above the buckle for a very sexy silhouette.

New Coclico shoes!

We just got in both the "Alemos," which is the tan bootie, and the "Oak," which is the black bootie from Coclico. Coclico's are made in Spain and the company is very fashion forward, as is obvious when looking at these two beauties! They have a wonderful structure and fit like a glove. The leather is very supple and these shoes are both very unique and must haves! Booties are a huge statement this season and if one is going to follow a trend, why not do it right by buying a stand out unique piece. The "Alemos" has sections that button on the side and the bottom of the shoe. This is what gives the wrap around structure around the foot. The "Oak" zips up on the interior as to not distract from the cut-out design. Come into MuShoe before these are all gone because they will go very fast!

2nd Thursday on Park Lane Kirkland

Tonight we are featuring an artist named Cindra Avery at MuShoe Kirkland for the 2nd Thursday on Park Lane! She has beautiful art that is a must see. Her figures take on an overall anonymity to express the innate gestures of life. She uses vibrant color to depict the emotional content of her subjects. Cindra graduated with a BA in art education and has taught fine art for twenty-two years. She continues to travel, teach and create. The event is happening from 6-9pm in our Kirkland store, which is located at 140 Park Lane in Kirkland. Come on by and enjoy a glass of wine while you look at beautiful art, shoes, and bags!

Kumfs shoes: a new brand to MuShoe!

Kumfs is a great brand we have just started carrying at MuShoe! The shoe called the "Glove" is the perfect black flat that will go with any outfit. The boot called the "Quaker" is so comfortable that it will be your staple for winter. The company was founded by podiatrists, so you know they had every foot in mind when coming up with the design! Northwest Cellars will also be here pouring their "Rescue Red" wine [ no charge ] that evening at Simplicity Salon right across the street in downtown Kirkland, and taking orders for the wine. 20% of the proceeds from the sale of the wine will be donated to the Humane Society.

These just came in, style Orvieto in Noce (hazelnut) by Everybody shoes. I am already in-love- they are SO comfortable, and they look amazing. The buckles are functional, but the side-zip allows easy entry. Fabulous transition shoe- great for today when it is going to be 90 degrees, or so cute in winter with patterned tights.
